Tom Marshall

MANAGING DIRECTOR OF MARSHALL GROUP
Tom’s connection to Marshall Industries began long before he took the reins as Managing Director. During his school holidays, Tom worked in the factory alongside his father, Peter, and grandfather, Owen, immersing himself in the family business. After completing his studies, he expanded his horizons overseas, gaining valuable experience in other fields as an Engineer. In 2005, Tom returned to Marshall Industries, stepping into the role of Managing Director and becoming the third generation to lead the company. Under his leadership, Tom has dedicated himself to advancing the roofing industry and ensuring the company's continued growth. He has also expanded into water treatment technology through Marshall Projects and Marshall Water, both leading the way in New Zealand and Australia. Additionally, Tom is the President of the Metal Roofing Manufacturers of New Zealand and leads other ventures, including Shedex Southland, a shed building company, and Welcome Homes Southland, which manufactures transportable houses.

George began his journey with Marshall Industries at the age of 16, stepping into his first role straight after leaving school. Over the years, he has gained invaluable experience across various departments, showcasing dedication and leadership. Today, as General Manager, George brings a wealth of knowledge and a deep commitment to the company's growth and success.
